Deniliquin Play on the Plains Festival and World

The New South Wales Labour Day long weekend is well known around
the country as the weekend when all utes descend on Deniliquin. It's
always an incredible event, with plenty of music, competitions and a

Corowa Festival of Dance, Corowa
Labour Day long weekend in Corowa provides a festival to help you
kick up your heels. There will be many dance events focusing on styles
such as New Vogue, Modern, Old Time and Ballroom Dancing. Learn

Leura Gardens Festival, Leura
Leura in springtime is resplendent with wildflowers and the gardens in
town attract visitors from all over Australia. Nine beautiful cool climate
gardens are open during this festival, and a trolley shuttle will take
visitors from the railway station to all nine gardens.

Percy Street Harvest Festival, Wellington
The heart of the community is on show at this great festival, which
includes a market day highlighting the produce, craft and talent of the
locals. Sing Australia will perform, and there will also be art exhibitions,

Campbelltown City Festival of Fisher's Ghost,
In 1826, farmer Fred Fisher disappeared, and four months afterward a
local man claimed to have seen the ghost of Fred sitting on the rail of
a bridge. This festival celebrates the legend of Fisher's ghost, with a
street parade, local bands, fireworks, a carnival and a street fair.

Trunkey Creek Annual Wool and Horse Festival,
To experience a real country festival, head to Trunkey Creek, where
you'll see alpaca fleece judging, horse events, sheep dog trials, fat
lambs, arts and crafts, flowers, cooking and photography. And if that's

Rankins Springs Birds of the Bush Festival, Rankins
